BREAKING OUT OF MY SHELL

I was born and raised in Indore, India. I grew up in a traditional Indian Jain Marwari family.

While growing up, I was shy, introverted, and under-confident. I somehow managed to make some friends in school and college but always felt drained while socializing.

Going to an engineering college, joining the corporate world, moving to the USA for a Master's degree, and living there for 8 years got me out of my comfort zone.

I went through a lot of challenges in my career, relationships, health, and life. I started seeking help and got into spirituality, life coaching, and self-help.

Finding my voicE:

My spiritual awakening journey and passion for personal growth helped me to find my voice. I transformed my life from low self-worth to high self-esteem and confidence which helped me to achieve my career goals and solve problems in life. For some years, I pursued art, life coaching, and personal growth as a hobby in my free time.

I worked on my self-confidence and still learning. So, I started to share my learing and decide to write a book "The Confidence Canvas."
